Mohammad Asif Fayaz, son of Qader Ali, was born on the 2nd of Sawr 1365 (April 22, 1986) in the village of Haider, Jaghori, into a hardworking farming family where poverty and hardship were not obstacles but rather sources of determination and perseverance. He completed his school education at Hedayat Sang-Shanda High School. During his teenage years, while pursuing his studies, he also experienced teaching—an experience that further deepened his appreciation for the value of knowledge.

Fayaz studied Journalism at Herat University. To support his living expenses during his student years, he worked with several media outlets, including Radio Sada-ye Jawan, Paygah Newspaper, Taban Television, and Mojah Radio. After graduating, he worked for three years at the National Television of Afghanistan, where he hosted and directed the program “Reforms.” The program served as a platform reflecting issues related to human rights, good governance, and civil values.

In 2013, through an open competitive process, he joined the Attorney General’s Office of Afghanistan, beginning his career as the Head of Information and Public Relations, becoming one of the youngest civil managers in the institution. For some time, he served as the spokesperson of the Attorney General’s Office, and later, by presidential decree, he was appointed as the International Affairs Advisor of the institution. He subsequently served for several years as the Head of Services of the Attorney General’s Office and was responsible for following up on presidential decrees. Eventually, he was appointed as the Chief of the Ghazni Appellate Prosecution Office.

Alongside his demanding governmental responsibilities, Fayaz also completed a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminology. One of his most significant social contributions was his participation in establishing the Lakhshak Haider Secondary School, a school that, for the first time, opened the doors of education and awareness to both girls and boys in that region.

After the fall of Kabul in August 2021, he was forced to leave his country and sought refuge in Pakistan with his family. Even during several years of exile in Pakistan, he remained active and engaged in various scientific and cultural activities.

He now lives in exile, yet the hope for a brighter future continues to grow in his heart. Fayaz believes that from these continuous hardships, a generation will rise that will bring an end to tyranny and create a brighter tomorrow for our weary homeland.

Without a doubt, his presence among any group is inspiring and energizing. In addition to his major responsibilities, he also serves as an advisor at Bright Future Online School.

A Profile of Latif Shariat

Latif Shariat is one of the educated and influential figures in the field of education and human resource management. By combining modern knowledge, international experience, and professional commitment, he plays an active role in educational and academic activities. With a distinguished background in education, teaching, and educational management, Mr. Shariat represents the dynamism and purposeful efforts of today’s generation.

Having obtained a scholarship, he successfully completed his Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at the prestigious University of Kent (KENT) in the United Kingdom. Another significant professional achievement of his is obtaining the internationally recognized CELTA certificate, which highlights his strong competence in teaching.

Mr. Shariat is also honored to be a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), an international professional body for human resource development. Currently, he works with the local government in the East of England.

He has more than three years of experience teaching English with the reputable British Council. In addition, he worked for two years as a lecturer at the private Borna University in Badakhshan Province.

Among his valuable achievements is the founding of the “Alphabet” English Language Educational Forum, where hundreds of students were able to learn English up to an advanced level, while thousands of other learners reached intermediate and upper-intermediate levels. Furthermore, Mr. Shariat created opportunities for employment, professional growth, and advancement for dozens of teachers and played an important role in improving the quality of English language education.

Despite his demanding professional responsibilities and active participation in social programs, Mr. Shariat also maintains close cooperation with Bright Future Online School as an advisor.
